Nicole Saganice joins WongDoody as Vice President, Growth Solutions reporting to Josh Mooney, Senior Vice President Business Development, and will lead WongDoody’s business transformation and experience strategy pursuits.

She follows in a series of global senior hires brought in by Global Chief Creative and Design Officer, Grace Francis, across creative and experience design.

WongDoody has recently undergone a rebrand that reflects how the agency has cultivated its capabilities in emerging technologies, alongside its established advertising offering – Saganice’s role will be at the heart of this.

She will be tasked with developing next generation transformation propositions with WongDoody’s creative strategy and emerging technology capabilities to build the future of brand engagement and delivering sustainable growth to clients through new product and service design.

Saganice comes with a long pedigree of digital and business transformation expertise, most recently at Accenture as the GTM lead for the EMEA Google partnership, designing and leading transformation acceleration programs to joint clients.

She has led successful transformation programs over the past 12 years building out digital capability at Unilever, and at various Publicis Groupe agencies.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with brands such as Microsoft, GSK, Dove and Nike.
