Suzanne drives ESG strategy and numerous large-scale change initiatives for Albertsons Companies, the nation’s second-largest food and drug retailer. She began her career at Accenture consulting for Fortune 100 companies before joining Albertsons in 2001. Between 2013 and 2018 she led five major acquisitions and integrations that grew the company from 192 stores and $3B in sales to ~2,300 stores and $65B in sales, and was named Chief Sustainability and Transformation Officer in 2021. Suzanne graduated from Duke with honors (Trinity ’97). She serves on three nonprofit boards, and is a member of the EDGE Advisory Board for Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.

Her scope includes driving revenue through digital commerce and phone-based sales, and leading digital adoption and engagement with a focus on distinctive contact center interactions. In the past, HousingWire Magazine recognized Sherry as a top Woman of Influence and she has been published in top media outlets including CNBC, MSNBC, Nightly Business Review, Wall Street Journal, National Mortgage News, and Realtor.com. Sherry supports women’s professional development via the Truist Women’s Business Resource Group Executive Steering Committee and she is also active with the Human Rights Campaign.
