In 2013, T-Mobile radically repositioned its brand. They dropped limits on voice and data use, dumped annual service contracts, and unbundled the cost of phones from the cost of monthly plans. Our mission was to tell that brand story in retail with in-store merchandising, digital and video work. Since the launch, T-Mobile has enjoyed record growth, adding 579,000 customers in the last quarter.
