We are excited to be launching the WONGDOODY Retail Innovation Practice led by Executive Director of Retail Innovation, Steve White, who has spent the last decade creating transformational experiences at retail for some of the world’s largest brands including Samsung, Adidas, Revlon, Gillette and Starbucks. As an expert on the future of retail, and the convergence of physical and digital customer experiences, Steve is a thought leader at the retail industry’s leading events including NRF Big Show and Shoptalk, and regularly contributes to publications.

We also ecstatically welcomed and integrated our first cohort of Infosys Rhode Island School of Design program graduates and are pleased to see how the new collaboration between Infosys and WONGDOODY is shaping up with new CX and UX engagement from Schlumberger and Boeing.

Growing The Mother Board

The Mother Board is scaling capabilities welcoming Kate Stahnke, Director of Product and Lindsay Campau, Business Development Director. If you aren’t familiar with The Mother Board, it’s our proprietary community of moms available within 72 hours to engage on behalf of our clients. Focus groups, online polls, shop-alongs, video diaries—brands like Kraft-Heinz and Macy’s have already accessed The Mother Board to gain insights into product decisions, campaign feedback, and customer experience.

Flowfushi Wins Places in Lürzers Archive, The Drum Marketing & Obie Awards

Since 1984 Lürzer’s Archive has been a celebrated creative inspiration resource for advertising professionals worldwide. We are happy to announce that our creative for the Flowfushi SWIRL lip-gloss launch in Tokyo has been featured in Vol. 1-2019.

FLOWFUSHI Swirl lip-gloss launch has also been honored as finalists in Event/Experiential Strategy, Design Strategy and Retail categories for The Drum Marketing US Awards. This campaign has also been recognized as a finalist in the Out of Home Association of America in the International outdoor advertising category.

Innovation is a Process: Creative Director Vanessa Witter’s CreateTech POV

Creative Director Vanessa Witter attended CreateTech in NYC, the 1-day conference hosts a wide range of panels and topics, from VR to AI to neuroscience to underground punk rock in Soviet Latvia. The 4A’s CreateTech conference brings together attendees to explore the creative possibilities of advancing digital technologies an plateforms. “Innovation is a process, not a project, and organizations need to embrace it wholeheartedly, not just in one department. Although it’s messy and imperfect, tackling old ways of thinking and embracing new technologies will pay off in the long term and keep agencies relevant in these rapidly-changing times” says Vanessa.
